Shipping policy

Drop 001 is in production. Orders placed now ship from 27 October 2026.

Where we ship

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and to the rest of the European Union.

For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, as they fall outside the customs territory of the Union. We also do not ship outside the European Union.

The exact cost of your shipment is always shown before you pay, at the shipping step of checkout.

Order processing

Drop 001: orders placed before 27 October 2026 will be prepared and handed to the carrier from that date. We will email you as soon as yours ships.

Once stock is available, we prepare orders and hand them to the carrier from Madrid within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and are counted from the moment the order leaves us. They may be affected by matters beyond our control, such as carrier incidents or periods of high demand. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know by email.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address and phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or repeated absence, we will contact you; the cost of a second shipment is paid by the customer.

Problems

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, write to info@658studio.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
