Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason and without penalty.

How to exercise it

Write to info@658studio.com within those 14 days, quoting your order number and stating that you wish to withdraw. You may use the form at the end of this page, although it is not compulsory.

We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Once you have notified us, you have 14 calendar days to send the product back.

Condition it must be returned in

The product must be returned unworn, in its original condition and with its tag and packaging. You may try it on, as you would in a shop, but not wear it.

You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Cost of the return

Return postage is paid by the customer. We pay the outbound shipping within Spain; you pay the return shipping if you decide to withdraw.

Exception: if the product arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, the return is free and we cover the cost.

Refund

Once we receive and check the product, we will refund the amount you paid for it using the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that you have sent it back.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged by the customer, or of made-to-order personalized products.
